Caesar Salad


– 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves torn, left whole
– 1 cup large homemade croutons
– ¾ cup grated Romano cheese


– 1 cup mayonnaise
– ¼ cup lemon juice
– 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
– 3 cloves garlic
– Salt and pepper, to taste


– In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, croutons and cheese. Set aside.

– Combine dressing ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth. Drizzle over salad and toss gently. Serve on large plates.
